The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a variety of welding equipment, including those used for aluminum, steel, and galvanneal fabrication. Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain various welding equipment, including MIG and TIG welders
  • Fabricate parts from aluminum, steel, and other materials using blueprints and specifications
  • Ensure high-quality standards by inspecting finished products and making necessary adjustments
  • Work collaboratively with senior welders and production leaders to achieve team goals
  • Participate in training junior and entry-level welders to develop their skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • Minimum 6 years of experience as a welder or fabricator, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Proficiency in three or more welding materials: mild steel, galvanneal, carbon steel, aluminum, stainless steel
  • Basic math skills, tape measurement, and computer skills
  • Able to read and interpret blueprints for special applications

Estimated Salary Range:

$23.00 - $27.83 per hour, depending on experience. The estimated annual salary for this position would be between $47,840 and $57,956, based on a 40-hour workweek.
