Perdue AgriBusiness is looking for a Business Process Analyst to become a vital member of our team. This role will focus on the design, development, and execution of innovative systems and technologies. You will work collaboratively with various teams to assess business needs, review current systems, and suggest creative solutions aimed at improving operational efficiency and productivity. The successful candidate will have a robust technical foundation, outstanding analytical skills, and a keen ability to understand business operations.
Willingness to travel occasionally, potentially overnight, to various operational sites or training venues is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architect for comprehensive business workflows and solution architecture within the designated functional area.
- Conduct fit/gap analysis and develop strategies to address identified gaps.
- Manage and execute the design, configuration, testing, training, and transition for commercial sectors.
- Gain a thorough understanding of end-to-end business workflows and systems for ongoing support. Create efficient processes using available technologies.
- Oversee system configurations to align with business workflows.
- Develop and deliver training programs for end users and super users.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
Experience Requirements
- 5 - 8 years of prior experience with MS Dynamics.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management.
- Familiarity with systems analysis, programming, and systems development methodologies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, as the role involves direct interaction with end users and business leaders.
- Proficiency in software development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
Preferred Experience
- Experience with DycoTrade CTRM.
- Familiarity with CRM/Salesforce.
- Knowledge of Data Analytics concepts and tools is advantageous.
- Prior experience using Jira software.
- Understanding of the agricultural business sector and its processes.
