Licensed Land Surveyor and Project Supervisor

Jones Associates Inc., a leading Environmental Land Use Consulting firm, is currently in search of a Licensed Land Surveyor and Project Supervisor.
Compensation is competitive and open to negotiation.
This role offers flexible scheduling options, including the possibility of a 4-day work week with 10-hour days, along with remote work opportunities for office-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage survey-related activities and coordinate the survey team across various complex projects.
- Utilize advanced software tools such as Carlson or AutoCAD for drafting and data collection.
- Conduct a variety of surveying types, including boundary, topographic, ALTA, GPS, subdivisions, and stakeouts.
- Perform essential survey calculations, measurements, and analyses for diverse assignments.
- Navigate and operate effectively over rugged terrain at multiple construction sites.
- Maintain a clean driving record and operate company vehicles responsibly.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in land surveying.
- Eligibility for licensure as a Professional Land Surveyor in Maine.
- Proficient in using Carlson or AutoCAD software.
- Ability to manage various types of surveying tasks and lead a team.
