Position Summary: We are looking for a seasoned and meticulous Project Coordinator to supervise signage projects from initial planning through to final execution. The successful candidate will be tasked with overseeing all facets of project management, ensuring timely completion, adherence to budget constraints, and maintaining the highest quality standards. This is a full-time, on-site position.

Experience in the signage industry is essential.


Key Duties:

  • Plan, implement, and conclude projects within established timelines and budgetary limits.
  • Collaborate with team members and external contractors or consultants to ensure project delivery aligns with expectations.
  • Outline project scope, objectives, and deliverables in partnership with senior leadership.
  • Create comprehensive project plans and relevant communication materials.
  • Monitor project milestones and deliverables closely.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations and generate reports to highlight successful and less successful project components.

Required Qualifications:

A bachelor’s degree in project management, business administration, or a related discipline — OR —

  • A minimum of 2 years of project management experience, ideally within the signage or a related field.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • PMP certification is advantageous.
