- Community Building: Establish and nurture an analytics community of practice, fostering collaboration and sharing best practices across teams.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA/advanced degree in Computer Science, Analytics/Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in analytics platform development, visualization tools, Power BI or Tableau, coding, preferably in global operations and supply chain environments.
- Advanced skills in Excel (including VBA, pivot tables), Power BI (DAX, Power Query), and proficiency in analytics tools such as SQL, Python (PySpark), or R.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes (PLAN, MAKE, SOURCE, DELIVER) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
- Experience in project leadership and Agile methodologies; strong communication and interpersonal skills essential.
- Certification or experience in Lean Six Sigma, Process Excellence, or similar methodologies preferred.
- Demonstrated success in leveraging advanced analytics to drive business impact and process improvements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
