Job Summary:

Boston Children's Hospital is seeking a skilled Maternal Fetal Care Center Data Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for collecting and managing clinical quality and outcomes data for fetal surgery patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and enter data into the REDCap database
  • Conduct longitudinal follow-up with patients, referring providers, and delivery centers
  • Collaborate with the clinical team, surgeons, and Quality Improvement Consultant (QIC) to ensure comprehensive and timely data capture and management
  • Develop and maintain data management systems and processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity
  • Provide data analysis and reporting to support quality improvement initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN)
  • Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience
  • Maternal OB and/or Neonatal experience preferred
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated learning
  • Experience with REDCap database preferred
