Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Operations Specialist to join our team in the Export area. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with no prior experience, as we provide comprehensive training to ensure success.

Compensation

The salary for this role is $16.00 per hour for 7a-7p shifts and $18.50 per hour for 7p-7a shifts, offering a competitive hourly rate. Additionally, employees can expect plenty of overtime opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform meticulous visual inspections to guarantee high-quality products.
  • Package products according to directives, ensuring accurate labeling and preparation.
  • Understand and operate all equipment within the workstation efficiently.
  • Stand and walk for extended periods, maintaining productivity throughout the shift.
  • Adhere to procedures for proper startup and shutdown of equipment, promoting a safe working environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Able to stand on feet for an entire shift.
  • Lift up to 20 pounds without assistance.
  • Access to reliable transportation is necessary for commuting to work.
  • Basic math skills and ability to read an analog clock are essential.
