Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Watts. This is a critical role that requires strong technical skills and a proactive approach to maintaining and repairing our manufacturing equipment.

About the Role

This position provides equipment repair support and assistance to the manufacturing department and general plant facility. The successful candidate will work on 2nd shift, Monday-Friday, from 3pm-11:30pm.

Main Responsibilities
  • Repair and maintenance of light industrial manufacturing equipment
  • Troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical systems, and preventative maintenance of production machinery and plant facility
  • Perform basic mechanical and electrical repairs to manufacturing machinery and plant facility
  • Complete scheduled tasking for preventive and predictive maintenance program
  • Assist tooling department with tooling repair and maintenance related to manufacturing equipment
  • Perform troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical equipment
  • Perform basic PLC equipment repair and troubleshooting
Requirements and Qualifications
  • High School or GED required
  • Associates' Degree in EET, MET, Technical School, or equivalent experience required
  • Technical Degree & 1+ years' experience OR minimum 5-year experience in maintenance of manufacturing equipment in lieu of technical degree
  • Strong electrical and mechanical skills
  • PLC repair and troubleshooting skills are a plus
  • Ability to read and interpret basic mechanical and electrical drawings required
  • Computer skills using Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel, or equivalent software

The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000-$80,000, depending on your qualifications and experience.
