Most technicians start and conclude their workday from home, minimizing the need for office visits. This role is considered essential, making it less susceptible to disruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience with major appliances or relevant education (HVAC) is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • EPA certification is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service abilities.
  • Clean driving record and a valid driver's license.
  • Formal appliance service training is beneficial.
  • Willingness to undergo a formal background check, including drug testing and DMV checks.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Focusing on customer satisfaction, the In-Home Service Professional will learn to assess, diagnose, repair, and test a variety of appliances, including washing machines, dryers, refrigerators, stoves/ovens, and dishwashers.
