Key Responsibilities
  • Provide attentive and personalized service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Manage table settings, ensure accurate order execution, and maintain a clean and organized dining area.
  • Develop a strong knowledge of our menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and pairing suggestions.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and other servers to ensure efficient service and high-quality food presentation.
  • Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of server experience in a high-volume restaurant environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain a calm and professional demeanor under pressure.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to speak and read English fluently.
