Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator - Assembly Specialist to join our team at Hutchinson Aerospace & Industry, Inc. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for performing multiple functions related to the manufacture and assembly of molded parts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate molding equipment to produce high-quality parts
  • Trim and clean molded parts using small hand tools
  • Identify and use proper materials, such as color codes and methods of trimming and assembling parts
  • Check work using prescribed quality procedures and notify the lead person of any issues
  • Perform repetitive motion on small and medium-sized parts
Requirements
  • Ability to work from routings and operator instruction sheets
  • Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production standards
  • Ability to read and comprehend work instructions, routings, specs, production worksheets, job aids, labor cards, and datasheets
  • Ability to write and record production
