Soccer Shots Pittsburgh is seeking a full-time Youth Soccer Coach to work in the Greater Pittsburgh area, particularly the Pittsburgh South region. This position involves coaching upwards of 30-35 sessions per week, with varying lengths and locations. The ideal candidate will be well-organized, technologically savvy, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities
  • Coach sessions for children, utilizing a curriculum with detailed lesson plans and all necessary equipment.
  • Staff development and evaluation, including training and curriculum review.
  • Community outreach and public relations, including marketing efforts and communication with families.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, such as early childhood education or physical education.
  • Knowledge of development best practices and experience working with children.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compensation
  • Starting salary range of $28,000 to $34,000 per year, negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
  • Additional monthly stipend for gas and opportunity to participate in a matching 401(k) plan.
