Job Summary

To provide high-quality psychotherapeutic services in an outpatient setting to patients and their families. Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments, lead groups, and develop discharge plans. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support the organization's treatment program and philosophy, ensuring the delivery of quality treatment to patients and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct individual and group therapy sessions for adolescents and adults in Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP).
  • Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities to address patient needs.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Provide crisis intervention and support to adolescents with mental health challenges.
  • Collaborate with families and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in a related field.
  • Combination of education and experience preferred. Outpatient/inpatient psychiatric care and experience with PHP/IOP programming.
  • California Licensed - ACSW, AMFT, LPCC, and/or LMFT or LCSW.
