About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Family Outreach Center for Understanding Special Needs, Inc. (FOCUS). As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in providing assessment, evaluation, and treatment for young children with developmental delays and disorders.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children with communication disorders
  • Collaborate with other professionals to provide comprehensive services to children and families
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify children's strengths and needs
  • Provide parent-centered coaching and support to help families promote their child's communication development
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of client progress and treatment plans
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and state licensure
  • Experience working with pediatric populations and their families
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
