Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in managing information systems projects.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Information Systems, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and advanced experience with Microsoft Project Server.
  • Strong project management capabilities, demonstrating leadership skills to effectively direct and manage multiple complex projects.
  • Excellent analytical, time management, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to receive operational guidance on duties, service standards, and objectives.
  • Impact business initiatives positively through effective management of information systems projects.
  • Exhibit personal and professional standards that serve as a role model for peers.
  • Provide guidance and serve as a technical resource to less experienced project office staff.
  • Possess full functional and technical knowledge to meet professional standards and excel in the role.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices.
  • Communicate effectively using written, verbal, or electronic skills with various organizational levels, including those less familiar with technical terminology.
  • Plan and define the scope and complexity of multifaceted projects.
  • Employ rigorous logic and decision-making methodologies.
  • Resolve defined problems and explore known sources for solutions.
  • Utilize creativity and flexibility to analyze and resolve issues.
  • Conduct root cause analysis as necessary.
Compensation and Benefits:
The targeted hourly range is $42-43/hour.
*Compensation will be determined based on various factors, including education, work experience, location, specific job duties, and certifications.
