We are a reputable home care agency in Maryland, dedicated to providing exceptional support to our clients and their families. As a Visiting Angels caregiver, you will play a vital role in assisting individuals with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) in the comfort of their own homes.

To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Your compassion, empathy, and patience will make a significant difference in the lives of our clients and their loved ones.

The ideal candidate will have a valid CNA license, a reliable means of transportation, and a current Home Health Aide, Certified Nursing Assistant, or Geriatric Nursing Assistant certification. You should also have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and be able to read, write, communicate, and understand directions in English.

As a Visiting Angels caregiver, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personal care assistance, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assisting with medications, meal preparation, and light housekeeping
  • Supporting clients with ambulation, transfers, and mobility needs
  • Engaging in activities that promote social interaction and stimulation
