We are seeking a skilled Radiology Tech II to join our team at Garden City Hospital. As a key member of our imaging department, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic radiographic, cat scan, mammography, bone density, ultra sound or special procedures according to department protocols.
Key Responsibilities- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures with precision and accuracy
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare professionals
- Participate in quality control and performance improvement activities
- Assist in maintaining department supplies and equipment
- Process and transmit images to PACS
- Licensure and fluoroscopy permit as required by State
- Appropriate national certifications in two modalities
- Current BCLS (AHA) certification
- One year of acute clinical radiography experience preferred
- Graduate of a program accredited by JRCERT or ABHES
