About the Role:
The Cheshire Public Schools is seeking qualified substitute nurses to join our team. As a substitute nurse, you will be responsible for providing medical care and support to students in grades K-12 at various schools within the district.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide medical care and support to students in grades K-12
- Work collaboratively with school staff to ensure the health and well-being of students
- Administer medications and provide first aid as needed
- Maintain accurate records of student medical information
Requirements:
- RN required (BSN preferred)
- Valid license to practice in Connecticut
- Current certification in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Automatic External Defibrillator (AED)
