Job SummaryWe are looking for a dedicated RN or LPN/LVN with a passion for delivering high-quality patient care. As a Home Health Nurse, you will work independently to develop and implement personalized care plans, ensuring our patients receive the best possible outcomes.
Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' medical conditions and develop comprehensive care plans.
- Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies as ordered by physicians.
- Document all patient interactions, progress, and any concerns in our secure electronic health record system.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families on disease management, medication adherence, and healthy lifestyle habits.
- Currenlty licensed (RN/LPN/LVN) and in good standing with the state's nursing board.
- Current CPR certification from American Red Cross, American Heart Association, or BLS.
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months).
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required.
Aveanna Healthcare offers a competitive salary range of $60,000-$80,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer benefits such as paid time off, health, dental, and vision insurance, company-paid life insurance, and opportunities for career advancement.
