Job Summary

We are seeking a part-time or full-time Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join our team in Smithtown, NY. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will work closely with our clinical directors to provide training and supervision in gero-psychology.

Responsibilities
  • Provide mental health services to our senior community
  • Work independently with a flexible schedule
  • Participate in training and supervision in gero-psychology
  • Collaborate with our integrated care team to customize patient care
  • Focus on patient care without on-call responsibilities
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in social work
  • Active Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) license in NY
  • Inpatient experience preferred
