About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Estimator to join our team at Joe Taylor Restoration Inc. As an Estimator, you will be responsible for providing expert estimates for mold remediation, fire damage restoration, biohazard cleanup, and water damage restoration services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform on-site inspections to determine the extent of damages in a timely manner.
  • Estimate jobs utilizing industry-standard guidelines and software.
  • Attain approvals from customers and obtain signed contracts to schedule and commence work.
  • Sell our services to customers for water, mold, fire, or biohazard clean-up.
  • Build, manage, and maintain relationships with customers and prospects to drive sales.
  • Visit a minimum of 25 new prospects per week and document those stops in our CRM system.
  • Communicate with home and business owners, insurance adjusters, and subcontractors.
  • Generate leads and secure work through self-marketing efforts.
  • Notify involved parties of any damages caused during the project.
  • Update CRM database following company guidelines.
  • Maintain a quarterly closing ratio of 70%.
  • Perform final walk-throughs on all fire and biohazard jobs.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent, some college/college degree preferred.
  • Construction experience preferred.
  • IICRC/Restoration experience preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbally.
