Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate mental health diagnoses and develop treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
  • Provide individualized therapy sessions, utilizing creativity and evidence-based practices to help clients achieve their goals.
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and address any gaps in mental healthcare.
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records in a timely manner.
  • Participate in regular case consultations, supervision, and team meetings to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Masters Degree or higher in a behavioral science or related field.
  • License to practice therapy in the state of Michigan (LMSW/LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LP, etc.).
  • Experience in diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and clinical documentation.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA standards and effective communication skills.
  • Comfort working with diverse populations and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
