Key Responsibilities
  • Manage complex projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to capture new business opportunities and grow existing client relationships.
  • Lead a team of engineers, scientists, and technical specialists to deliver high-quality projects.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop innovative solutions.
  • Manage project finances, contract legal considerations, and technical quality management to minimize risk exposure.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and deliver services in a responsible and sustainable manner.
  • Provide direction, oversight, and mentorship to junior staff to develop their skills and expertise.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master's degree preferred).
  • 20+ years of relevant project management experience, with a strong track record of successful project delivery.
  • Active Professional Engineer (PE) certification (Required). PMP certification or other formal training preferred.
  • Experience overseeing technical staff using complex FEA/structural analysis software programs.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate technical staff.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and make independent decisions that promote/advance the company goals and objectives.
