About the Role

Prowess Consulting is seeking a seasoned Technical Project Manager to drive compliance initiatives across our engineering organizations. This is a full-time role that requires on-site presence 2-3 days a week. Only candidates residing in the greater Seattle area will be considered.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and drive compliance sign-off activities, ensuring seamless execution across various engineering teams.
  • Manage experience inventory spreadsheets for multiple compliance programs, reviewing and approving access requests, updating data, and following up on open issues.
  • Coordinate monthly meetings to review new experiences and classify them for compliance, notifying key stakeholders via meeting notes.
  • Own and update relevant compliance content, refreshing lists of features and classifications, updating guidance pages, and sending relevant links to engineering teams.
  • Drive compliance requirements across engineering teams, tracking completion, and providing updates at regular shiproom meetings.
  • Use good judgment to engage compliance PMs for complex questions or issues and handle sensitive compliance information with care.
Requirements
  • 4-10 years of Technical Project Management experience driving compliance initiatives across companies.
  • Able to communicate effectively at all levels of management.
  • Well-versed in distilling complex requirements into easy-to-understand action for Engineering and PM communities.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience using Azure Dev Ops (ADO) and PowerBI.
