Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate forklifts to transport materials and products, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
  • Receive, unload, and inspect inbound ingredients and packaging materials, verifying accuracy and quality.
  • Store raw materials, ingredients, and finished products in a safe and organized manner, maintaining a clean and clutter-free work environment.
  • Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives to enhance platform performance and efficiency.
  • Assist in training new employees, sharing knowledge and expertise to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Shift Schedule and Work Environment:
  • 12-hour shifts, 3 on, 2 off, 2 on, 3 off schedule, with opportunities for overtime and flexible scheduling.
  • Ability and willingness to work any shift, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, in a fast-paced and dynamic production environment.
  • Plant operation is 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with a focus on safety, quality, and productivity.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • $20.40 per hour, with opportunities for advancement and career growth.
  • Shift differential - Additional $2.00 per hour for night shift, recognizing the importance of flexibility and adaptability.
  • 10 days (120 hours) of vacation annually, 11 paid company holidays, and great paid time off benefits.
  • 401(k) match, health insurance, and other benefits that support your well-being and financial security.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of a high school diploma or GED, with a strong foundation in math and problem-solving skills.
  • Forklift experience; Forklift license/certification or willingness to obtain one, with a focus on safety and compliance.
  • Experience in a manufacturing/production environment preferred, with a strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
