Job Summary

As an Inventory Replenishment Supervisor at Americold Logistics, you will play a critical role in maintaining an accurate record of inventory and preventing and resolving inventory discrepancies. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular inventory counts and record count results and discrepancies.
  • Research and resolve inventory discrepancies, including customer claims and cycle counts.
  • Update inventory and inventory discrepancies in the Warehouse Management System.
  • Assist with special projects and handle customer-specific requests.
  • Report on operational errors impacting inventory performance.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) plus one to three years' office experience or equivalent training and experience.
  • Experience with AS/400 and Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
  • Forklift license.
