Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Landscape Architect to join our Landscape Architecture team as a Design Project Manager. In this role, you will oversee all phases of the design process from conceptual design to construction documents, working collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams.
Responsibilities- Provide overall project management and coordination, ensuring timely completion and quality results.
- Prepare presentation graphics, site plans, and technical documents, showcasing your expertise in landscape architecture.
- Monitor and track project progress, invoicing, and budgets, maintaining accurate records and reports.
- Manage project budgets and prepare designs and components of design, ensuring alignment with client needs and expectations.
- Communicate effectively and proactively with peers, employees, and management, fostering strong relationships and collaboration.
- Present at public hearings, workshops, and meetings, representing RRM Design Group with professionalism and courtesy.
- Interact with clients and represent RRM in a professional and courteous manner, building trust and rapport.
- Supervise and mentor emerging staff, sharing your knowledge and expertise to ensure their growth and development.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture.
- Valid Washington Landscape Architect license.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in landscape architecture, with substantial experience as a consultant in a private consulting firm setting.
The estimated annual salary for this position is $88,400 - $99,840, based on skill and experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes 100% paid health premiums, remote work arrangements, an employee stock ownership plan (ESOP), 401(k) with an Employer Match, and more.
