Job Summary

This position is an exciting opportunity to join a small, highly-focused team at Raytheon, working on the development and maintenance of signal processing applications for real-time operational environments.

The team is multi-disciplined, contributing across all phases of systems engineering, software development, integration and test, and metrics. They work closely with operations personnel to meet unique and continuously evolving needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, deliver, and maintain software for Digital Signal Processing (DSP) applications.
  • Collaborate with talented teams of engineers, architects, and leaders in an Agile environment.
  • Apply software lifecycle practices on defense projects.
  • Work with satellite ground system technologies, including command & telemetry, flight dynamics, planning and scheduling, and spacecraft operations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM).
  • Ten (10) years of relevant experience with software development using C++.
  • Experience with Signal Intelligence (SIGINT), Digital Signal Processing (DSP), or DSP-related software.
  • U.S. government-issued security clearance is required prior to start date.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Xmidas or similar digital signal processing framework.
  • Programming experience in Python and Go.
  • Agile development experience.
Clearance Information

This position requires a security clearance. The clearance process is handled by DCSA Consolidated Adjudication Services (DCSA CAS), an agency of the Department of Defense.
