Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in purchasing or sourcing roles.
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles, including Kanban and inventory optimization.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with data analysis.
  • Experience with Oracle ERP systems is preferred.
