About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Automation Systems Engineer to join our team in Orlando, FL. As a key member of our Automation Team, you will be responsible for designing, developing tools, and machinery for manufacturing automation operations. This role involves analyzing requirements, creating design concepts, and overseeing the fabrication process for equipment and tooling components.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and integrate automated systems involving robotics and similar automated equipment
- Develop and communicate larger automation strategy across multiple product lines - excellent written and oral communication skills
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments and stakeholders to facilitate design reviews using CAD, PowerPoint, and other visualization tools

Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in mechanical design and tooling design focused on manufacturing/production fixtures/equipment
- BS in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering degree
- Proficient/expert using CAD design tools, CREO/Solidworks
- Extensive experience using additive manufacturing tools and techniques (3D-Printing)
