We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to fill the role of President at Electronic Concepts and Engineering (ECE). As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the company's growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a comprehensive business strategy to drive revenue growth and expansion
- Lead and manage a high-performing team of engineers and technical professionals
- Collaborate with the leadership team to establish a vision for the company and drive innovation
- Oversee program management and ensure timely delivery of projects
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field; advanced degree preferred
