About the RoleWe are seeking caring and compassionate Registered Nurses to join our team. As a Registered Nurse at Twilight Gardens, your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering direct care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological needs are met
- Administering medications accurately and safely, and monitoring residents for any adverse reactions
- Performing comprehensive assessments and developing individualized care plans
- Providing wound care, including dressing changes and monitoring healing progress
- Maintaining thorough and accurate documentation, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations
- Supervising and mentoring STNAs, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment
- Communicating effectively with physicians and interdisciplinary teams about changes in residents' conditions
- Coordinating and participating in resident care conferences to ensure comprehensive care planning
- Educating residents and their families about care plans, medications, and ongoing health needs
- Responding to emergencies promptly, providing appropriate care, and documenting all actions taken
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall care provided to residents
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current, unencumbered, active Ohio RN license
- CPR certification
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening
We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 per year, plus shift differential pay. Our benefits package includes medical, vision, and dental insurance, paid time off, 401K, bonus opportunities, daily pay option, and more. We are also offering a $12,000 sign-on bonus
