Job Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team as a Nursing Professional - Senior Care Specialist. As an LPN at Providence Care Center, you will provide exceptional, resident-centered care in a collaborative environment. You will work closely with families, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care to residents, including medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers and family members to ensure comprehensive care and support.
Requirements
  • Current LPN license in the state of Ohio.
  • CPR certification, preferably with long-term care experience.
