Key Responsibilities

  • Communication: Establish and maintain effective relationships with parents, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Professional Growth: Stay updated with the latest educational trends, best practices, and research to continuously improve your teaching skills and contribute to the academy's mission.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field; Associate's degree or CDA certification is also acceptable.
  • Experience: At least 18 years of age and a minimum of 1 year of experience in a state-licensed childcare facility or equivalent.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work collaboratively, and a passion for early childhood education.

Compensation

$15 - $18 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
