- Identify and report any quality issues or concerns to management.
- Collaborate with other associates to achieve quality and customer satisfaction goals.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance quality and customer service skills.
- High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Ability to stand for long periods and walk short distances.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and bend to reach products.
