We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team at Soliant. As an RBT, you will play a critical role in providing behavioral support to students in a school-based setting.
Key Responsibilities- Implement behavioral interventions and strategies to support students with behavioral challenges
- Collaborate with educators, therapists, and administrators to develop and implement individualized behavior plans
- Provide 1:1 support to students, promoting positive behavior and academic success
- Conduct behavioral assessments and data collection to inform treatment decisions
- RBT Certification: Must be a certified Registered Behavior Technician
- Experience: Previous experience working with children or adolescents with behavioral needs is preferred
- Passion: A genuine desire to help students succeed and thrive
