Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting well visits, including Well Woman Exams and Complete Annual Physicals

- Understanding and implementing specified treatment care flows

Qualifications:
- Licensed Provider in Arizona (NP/PA)
- Active DEA License in Arizona without restrictions
- No history of malpractice claims
