We are seeking a highly skilled Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Northern Arizona Healthcare Corporation. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and collaborate with our medical staff to deliver high-quality services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive care to neonates and their families, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
- Collaborate with neonatologists and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Stay current with the latest advancements in neonatal care and participate in ongoing education and professional development.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment that promotes excellence in patient care and teamwork.
Requirements:
- Masters in Nursing degree from an accredited program.
- Completion of an accredited Neonatal Nurse Practitioner program.
- Current Arizona RN license and AZ NNP licensure/certification.
- BLS (American Heart Association) certification and DEA registration/licensure.
- NNP national certification (NCC) and NAH medical staff privilege as an advanced practice professional (APP).
- Recent clinical experience in a Level IIE or higher NICU for a minimum of 5 years.
- Leadership experience preferred.
