KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
⦁ Enhance customer satisfaction by executing 'Mat First Delivery' initiatives.
⦁ Achieve an On Time In Full (OTIF) score of 97% or higher.
⦁ Optimize Walmart OTIF procedures (EDI, Tableau reporting, Item 360) to minimize chargebacks.


PRIMARY DUTIES AND TASKS
The Traffic Specialist will manage various aspects of the receiving process. Responsibilities include tracking inbound international and domestic freight for all distribution centers, processing incoming traffic, and confirming shipments and purchase orders.

This role also involves handling freight logistics, including truckload, less-than-container load, drayage, and airfreight, as well as establishing reporting for management. The position demands a fast-paced work ethic and the ability to meet the physical requirements of the job.

⦁ Monitor and trace containers, air freight, and domestic shipments.
⦁ Review and authorize accessorial charges and freight bills to ensure accurate rates are applied, schedule delivery appointments, and manage empty container notifications.
⦁ Validate arrival notices.
⦁ Confirm commercial invoices and packing lists for international shipments.
⦁ Generate commercial invoices and packing lists for international shipments.
