Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Food Server to join our team at Aerotek. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Culinary Team: Collaborate with our culinary team to create a culture that is centered around customer satisfaction, identifying and meeting their needs.
  • Service Recovery: Develop and implement service recovery plans to address any issues that may arise during the dining experience.
  • Meal Service: Meet scheduled meal and event times, taking meal orders, arranging trays, and serving guests in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Follow cleaning schedules and perform cleaning duties as scheduled, adhering to defined Infection Control policies and procedures.
  • Knowledge and Compliance: Stay up-to-date on Federal, State, and Facility's rules, regulations, policies, and procedures applicable to the job.
Work Environment

This is a fully on-site position, and you will be working in a fast-paced restaurant-style atmosphere. You will be frequently exposed to temperature and humidity changes, as well as working near ovens, ranges, dish-washing machines, and at steam tables.
