What Defines Success?

As a Residential Installation Technician, your primary responsibilities will include evaluating customer needs, designing and installing their security systems, and educating them on system usage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate customer needs to determine optimal system design and equipment installation.
  • Install and test all equipment to ensure proper functionality and signal reception.
  • Develop effective solutions tailored to each customer's location.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance system use and provide recommendations.
  • Prioritize safety practices to prevent injury and property damage.
  • Manage job site materials and tools, ensuring safe disposal and efficient cleanup.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Perform other duties as required to support our mission and values.


Requirements:

  • Demonstrated customer focus and technical aptitude.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Able to thrive in uncertain environments.
  • Hold a valid driver's license and possess a High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Bonus points for Electronic Trade School training.
