Key Responsibilities
- Surrogacy Process Management: Oversee all stages of the surrogacy journey, from initial planning through to postpartum support.
- Candidate Evaluation: Develop detailed profiles and assessments for prospective surrogacy candidates.
- Educational Guidance: Equip clients with informative resources and insights regarding the surrogacy process.
- Client Liaison: Serve as the main point of contact among clients, legal advisors, medical personnel, and mental health experts.
- Support & Communication: Address client inquiries, assist them through emotional and logistical hurdles, and provide continuous support throughout their journey.
- Record Keeping & Reporting: Ensure accurate documentation and generate timely reports on the progress of surrogacy cases.
- Team Collaboration: Actively engage in team discussions and contribute to shared objectives.
- Confidentiality Maintenance: Uphold the integrity and confidentiality of all client information.
- Ethical Compliance: Strictly follow legal standards and ethical guidelines within the industry.
Qualifications
- Educational Requirements: Must hold a valid license as a Social Worker (LMSW, LCSW).
Experience Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in social work, with a preference for adult case management (excluding internships).
- Experience in surrogacy, adoption, or third-party reproduction is highly desirable.
- Background in working with women and pregnancy-related matters.
