Job Description

Good Landing Recovery is a leading provider of substance abuse treatment facilities, offering a comprehensive continuum of care. Our facilities are fully state licensed and staffed by passionate professionals dedicated to helping individuals overcome addiction and mental health challenges.

We are seeking an Executive/Personal Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our Chief Executive Officer. The ideal candidate will work closely with the CEO to manage a combination of personal and business-related responsibilities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the CEO and other executive leadership staff.
  • Perform a range of clerical and administrative tasks, including drafting documents and running errands.
  • Arrange travel and accommodations for executives.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling personal matters.
  • Receive and distribute incoming communication and memos on behalf of senior staff.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by executives.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • At least four years of related experience required.
