Job Responsibilities
  • Embody the Good Feet Vision, Mission, and Values
  • Demonstrate and sell Good Feet products and accessories with confidence and enthusiasm
  • Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere
  • Measure and fit clients' feet into the correct size of Good Feet products
  • Lift up to 25 pounds and ascend/descend ladders as needed
  • Support management with system processing and inventory control
  • Wear Good Feet products and become a brand ambassador
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of retail experience (commission-based sales experience preferred)
  • Ability to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Quick learner with strong organizational skills
  • Competitive and self-motivated
  • Positive, approachable, and empathetic
  • Physical Requirements:
    • Comfortable with constant standing, walking, and kneeling
    • Lift up to 25 pounds
