We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Law Enforcement Support Specialist in the Kitsap County Sheriff's Office. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Job Summary:
The Law Enforcement Support Specialist will provide exceptional customer service to the public, respond to emergency calls, and perform various administrative tasks. This position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
* Provide excellent customer service to the public, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
* Respond to emergency calls, including taking reports from crime victims or witnesses.
* Perform various administrative tasks, such as processing paperwork, maintaining records, and operating computer systems.
* Collaborate with law enforcement personnel to ensure the effective delivery of services.

Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent required;
* Three years of specialized office, customer service, and clerical support experience involving receptionist duties and heavy public contact;
* Ability to pass a background check and obtain necessary certifications;
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office software;
