Family Medicine Physician Residency Faculty

Seeking a highly skilled Family Medicine Physician to join our esteemed residency program as a faculty member. This is an exceptional opportunity to contribute to the development of future physicians while enjoying a market-competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.
Key Responsibilities:- Devote at least 60% of professional effort to the residency program in teaching, administration, scholarly activity, and patient care.
- Focus on outpatient primary care medicine with coverage in outpatient continuity clinic and rotation precepting.
- Collaborate with a nationally recognized regional health system outside of Indianapolis, IN, to provide high-quality patient care and education.
- Board Eligible/Board Certified in Family Medicine
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Family Medicine
- Faculty/Program Director experience preferred
- Indiana license or eligible
- $60k Sign-On Bonus
- Guaranteed base salary
- Productivity incentive
- Public Service Loan Forgiveness
- PTO – 30 days per year
