Indiana University Health Physicians, in collaboration with the IU School of Medicine, is actively seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Family Medicine Physician with a background in Surgical Obstetrics. This role is situated within the Family Medicine Residency Practice located in central Indianapolis, offering a distinctive chance to engage in the comprehensive spectrum of academic medicine.
Key Responsibilities:
- Flexible clinical responsibilities across both inpatient and outpatient environments.
- Engagement in clinical excellence and teamwork as part of one of the largest healthcare systems in the United States, spanning from tertiary/quaternary care to rural health services.

Qualifications:
- MD, DO, or equivalent medical education is required.

About the Family Medicine Residency Program:
The Family Medicine Clinic team is dedicated to delivering exceptional care to the community while training the next generation of family medicine professionals. The clinic serves a diverse and underserved population in the Indianapolis area, offering a wide range of clinical services including OB-Gyn, Sports Medicine, Geriatrics, Pain Management, Gender Affirming Care, Travel Medicine, and various procedures.
Multidisciplinary Team Composition:
- 17 Faculty Family Physicians, including 2 specialized in surgical OB.
- 2 Nurse Practitioners.
- 1 PharmD.
- Over 40 Clinical Staff members.
- Social Work professionals.
- 39 Family Medicine Residents.
- Transitional Year Students.
- Medical, Pharmacy, Nurse Practitioner, and RN learners.
