Job Responsibilities


As an Automotive Parts Associate, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them in identifying their parts needs, preparing orders, and ensuring a seamless service experience.

In cases where additional repairs are necessary, you will communicate with customers to obtain approval for the extra work required.

Key Duties

  • Assist customers in selecting the appropriate parts in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Inform customers about related parts and ensure they are aware of the complete product range.
  • Handle incoming calls, providing pricing information and other relevant details.
  • Review estimates from the body shop to confirm the accuracy of ordered parts and pricing.
  • Deliver exceptional service to both internal and external clients.
  • Retrieve and fulfill orders from inventory.
  • Alert the parts manager regarding any out-of-stock items or urgent shop materials.
  • Source out-of-stock parts from external suppliers and place emergency orders as needed.
  • Maintain organized records of repair orders, invoices, insurance estimates, and special orders.
  • Prepare orders for daily shipment, delivery, or customer pickup.
  • Uphold a professional appearance at all times.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.
