Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) is seeking a dedicated and passionate Area Representative to join our team in Southwest Colorado. As a key member of our ministry team, you will play a vital role in advancing the FCA mission and vision in the region.
Key Responsibilities- Ministerial Duties: Provide spiritual leadership and guidance to staff, volunteers, coaches, and athletes through prayer, Bible study, and living by example.
- Ministry Advancement: Engage, equip, and empower coaches and athletes through one-on-one ministry, huddles, and events.
- Talent Advancement: Recruit, train, and develop effective and diverse volunteers to lead coaches and athletes into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ and His church.
- Board Advancement: Invite, involve, and invest in an Advisory Team committed to prayer, service, and giving.
- Donor Advancement: Connect, communicate, and care for existing and prospective financial partners to achieve full funding.
- International Advancement: Work with the Director to serve the aligned International Region through prayer, giving, and going.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong passion for the FCA mission and vision, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a team environment and be able to adapt to changing circumstances.
