As a Clinical Therapist, you will be part of an interdisciplinary treatment team providing trauma-informed care to adolescents aged 12-19 who have experienced abuse, addiction, homelessness, and trafficking. This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule and excellent benefits.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Participate in a collaborative, person-centered approach to care, promoting skills-based practice and continuous learning
* Provide clinical expertise to meet best practice standards, including restraint and seclusion prevention
* Prepare and implement evidence-based trauma therapy to meet the specialized needs of individuals and their families
* Assess and ensure the safety and well-being of individuals, in collaboration with treatment teams
* Perform other duties as required

**Requirements:**

* Master's Degree in Social Work
* LCSW Professional licensure
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related electronic medical records systems
* Ability to travel to off-site locations
